Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver superior customer service at local airports. You will handle check-in, gate duties, and ramp operations, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Training is provided for both customer-facing and aircraft servicing tasks.

You will work in indoor/outdoor environments, with opportunities to grow into lead responsibilities and participate in NRSA travel programs after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 months airline/aviation experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at ticket counters, gates and ramp.
• Check-in, ticket changes, rebooking, special service requests.
• Greet customers and maintain safety and security on ramp area.
• Marshal aircraft and guide arrivals/departures.
• Perform routine GSE checks and report issues.
