Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to support ticketing, boarding, and ramp activities at local airports. The role emphasizes safety, courtesy, and efficiency in all customer interactions while adhering to airline policies and regulatory requirements.

As a part-time position, you will learn all facets of airport operations, including GSE handling and unaccompanied minor support, with on-the-job training and access to Contour’s benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain situational awareness.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Perform gate, ramp, and aircraft servicing tasks following safety procedures.
• Coordinate with flight crews, vendors, and passengers to ensure smooth operations.
• Operate and monitor ground service equipment (GSE) while maintaining safety.
• Complete required documentation and maintain professional conduct at all times.
