Contour seeks a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports, handling check-in, gate info, and ramp duties. You will assist with boarding, baggage, and special requests while maintaining safety and communication with crews and vendors.

Role requires ability to work indoors/outdoors, lift up to 75 pounds, and adapt to varying conditions. Prior airline experience and strong English skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 9 months airline or aviation industry experience preferred.
• Legal ability to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong reading/writing/speaking English; Spanish optional.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; Office 365 familiarity.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly with a friendly, courteous attitude.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, re-booking, and special requests.
• Handle baggage per airline policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers; assist unaccompanied minors and special needs.
• Provide gate information and respond to inquiries accurately.
• Maintain ramp safety and perform GSE checks as needed.
• Support Ground Security Coordinator duties when required.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and servicing aircraft.
