Job summary

Contour is seeking a Part-Time Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver exceptional customer service at local airports, handling check-in, gate, and ramp operations. You will work in indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers, managing baggage, coordinating with flight crews, and performing GSE checks. A high school diploma and DOT drug screening are required, with full training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• DOT pre-employment drug screening required.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate ground service equipment (GSE) safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner at check-in and gate.
• Provide ticketing changes, re-bookings, and special service requests.
• Marshal aircraft on the ramp and assist passengers with special needs.
• Perform GSE checks and support ramp operations; ensure safety procedures.
