Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to deliver excellent customer service at local airports, handling ticket counter, gate and ramp tasks from check-in to boarding. You will work in indoor and outdoor environments, ensuring safety and efficiency while supporting customers and crew.

The role requires a High School diploma, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and fluent English. Overtime, holiday pay, and NRSA travel privileges are part of the benefits, with a comprehensive leave

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fluent English: read, write and speak.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Check-in, ticketing changes, and rebooking as needed.
• Handle baggage in accordance with airline policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Provide accurate gate information and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain safe ramp operations and coordinate with crews.
