Job summary

Contour is seeking a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent to support ticket counter, gate, and ramp operations at local and regional airports. You will deliver exceptional customer service while performing a range of duties indoors and outdoors, including loading, unloading, and assisting passengers with mobility needs.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and flexibility in a fast-paced aviation environment. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong English skills and basic MS Office knowledge

Qualifications

• Must read, write, and speak English fluently.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word) required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Provide check-in assistance, handle ticketing changes, re-book itineraries, and process special service requests.
• Board and deplane flights, escort passengers, assist passengers with special needs, and manage gate information.
