• Prior recruiting experience.
• Experience using AI tools to support recruiting workflows.
• Strong ability to assess resumes against job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a faith-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across hiring platforms.
• Review incoming applications and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Utilize AI tools to compare resumes against job requirements and scoring criteria.
• Develop candidate evaluation scorecards and hiring rubrics for open roles.
• Present top candidates to hiring managers for further consideration.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Send candidate disposition and rejection communications.
• Maintain urgency and organization while supporting multiple active requisitions.
