Addison Group in Austin is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across hourly, professional, and management roles. The role supports multiple business entities with remote work and occasional onsite requirements in the Austin area.

The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of recruiting experience, strong sourcing abilities, and solid ATS skills. You will partner with hiring managers, build candidate pipelines, and drive a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of position levels from entry-level/hourly to management.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using an ATS and other recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
• Recruit for a diverse range of positions, including hourly, corporate, professional, and management roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, qualifications, and team dynamics.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Create and maintain job postings across various platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity in the ATS and spreadsheets.
• Track recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, and hiring metrics.
• Support recruiting needs across multiple business entities and locations.
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience.
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.
