YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking an Afterschool Site Director for the Alpharetta location. Under the direction of the Afterschool Program Director, you will manage daily operations, plan activities for elementary students, and ensure alignment with program goals and safety protocols.

You will supervise staff, maintain files, coordinate supplies, and support students with remote learning as needed. The role requires a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to pass background

Competenze

• Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess BFTS Site Directors credential or equivalent.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Mansioni

• Create an environment with activities and instruction to support program goals.
• Conduct daily assessments to ensure compliance with YMCA and BFTS regulations.
• Supervise staff and communicate concerns with the Program Director.
• Maintain staff and student files to remain in compliance with Bright from the Start and YMCA.
• Compile attendance records and other required information.
• Coordinate supply orders with the Program Director.
• Attend trainings as scheduled (BFTS, YMCA, others).
• Maintain training hours for annual requirements.
• Consult with Directors on student development or behavior concerns.
• Provide input into program planning and development.
• Complete monthly self-assessments of the program.
• Assist students with virtual learning assignments as needed.
• Implement YMCA safety protocol related to COVID and branch operations.
