Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a part-time Afternoon shift in Trenton, OH. You will support on-site operations, manage worker registration and badging, and ensure secure site access across multiple job sites in the local area..shifts may vary, and a valid Guard Card is required.

Responsibilities include coordinating with senior leadership, maintaining visitor logs, parking management, and providing tech support related to access control.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and beyond responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Aufgaben

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance at the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, logs, and parking duties.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
