Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part-Time, Afternoon) in Jeffersonville, OH. The role focuses on worker registration, badge handling, parking, and visitor management across customer sites. It requires strong customer service, English proficiency, and the ability to work on-site with flexibility for varying shifts.

Responsibilities include ensuring site security, maintaining accurate headcounts, and supporting the customer and Sitemetric teams with access control tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient communication in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks.
• Ad hoc access control responsibilities for customers.
