Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Afternoon) to join our field team in Jeffersonville, OH. You will manage worker registrations, badge issuance, and site access while coordinating parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure security and smooth operations on customer construction sites.

The role requires in-person work at job sites with shift-based schedules and occasional travel. A valid Guard Card and English proficiency are necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain professionalism under pressure.
• Proficient communication in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging on site.
• Verify credentials and monitor access control for all personnel.
• Handle parking, visitors and deliveries, with accurate logging.
• Provide worker and customer support, including troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
