Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer (Part Time) in Jeffersonville, OH. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and the handling of visitors and deliveries on customer construction sites.

The role requires in-person work at one or more Sitemetric job sites with shift-based hours. A valid Guard Card for the state is required, and you will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure safety and security on sites.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English
• Proactive and flexible with responsibility expansion
• Ability to establish effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Adaptable to shifting schedules and field-based work

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering the site
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcounts maintained
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and manage deliveries
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed
