Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and complexity.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to take on extra responsibilities to serve customers and the team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper badges and identity verification.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control and troubleshooting support.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks.
