Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time afternoon shifts in Trenton, OH to support on-site operations at customer construction sites. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics.

This role requires in-person work with flexibility in shift times, and may involve travel throughout the United States. A valid Guard Card is required, and we offer competitive hourly pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptive, flexible, and proactive in solving challenges.
• Willing to take on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist in all access control areas and troubleshoot.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
