Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education and/or social services preferred.
• Experience with youth in educational programs and teaching.
• Management experience and working with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and implementation of after-school and summer programs.
• Manage day-to-day operations of program sites, including safety and security.
• Maintain student files, progress reports, attendance, and documents.
• Communicate with youth, parents, and staff on student needs and progress.
• Coordinate with schools regarding student needs.
• Assist in partnerships with agencies providing services to students and families.
• Coordinate and recruit tutors and tutor volunteers.
• Plan curriculum activities and supervise implementation.
• Supervise, manage, and evaluate staff.
• Support Youth Program grant goals as directed by the Director.
