Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Part-Time Program Specialist to help deliver youth development activities, support attendance and records, and assist with membership processes. The role focuses on education, enrichment, and healthy lifestyles while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment.

You will tutor or mentor youth, coordinate events, and collaborate with families, school personnel, and club leadership. Travel between Club sites is required to support program needs and ensure program compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital record systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel between Club sites as needed.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support delivery of academic and enrichment activities (reading, STEM, arts).
• Support attendance tracking and member records in tracking systems.
• Greet families, assist with membership processing and program communications.
• Coordinate events, field trips, and Club celebrations.
• Provide tutoring or mentoring to support youth development and well-being.
• Communicate youth progress and concerns with families and the Club Director.
