Job summary

Right At School in New York, NY is seeking a Program Manager to lead after-school programs with emphasis on safety, engagement, and high-quality service for families and children. The role is part-time (up to 17.5 hours/week) with Monday–Friday afternoons (2:30 PM–6:00 PM).

Pay ranges from $22.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on education and experience, with benefits including health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and joy by modeling professional standards and coaching staff; keep documents and licensing up to date.
• Support safety protocols and report on safety measures to ensure well-being of all participants.
• Engage with families and clients; respond to emails/texts during program hours; collaborate with Area Manager.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure attendance procedures are followed.
• Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.
