Job summary

Right At School is hiring an Educator to support before and after school programs at multiple Missouri locations. You will help organize activities, lead engaging curriculum, and ensure a safe, joyful learning environment for children.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, teamwork, and a dedication to inspiring a love of learning while maintaining safety protocols and positive guidance throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 25lbs.
• Drive to inspire a love for learning and commitment to healthy living.
• Flexibility to support additional local programs as needed.
• MO requirements: First Aid and CPR in-person.
• Tuberculosis test clearance.
• 18+ years of age.
• Proof of High School diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Program Meetings: Review goals, share ideas, discuss progress and team accountability.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities: curriculum, fitness, and age-appropriate engagement.
• Lead by example: maintain a safe, nurturing environment and positive guidance.
• Prioritize safety and joy: monitor environment, address hazards, document observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
