Job summary

Right At School is hiring for Fall 2026-2027 to provide after-school enrichment in local schools. Educators will lead engaging activities, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for children after school hours.

Ideal candidates bring excellent customer service, teamwork, and experience with children, plus the ability to lift 25 lbs and meet state requirements. Hours are Monday–Friday, 2pm–6pm, with occasional early starts; competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with children under 13 preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and be physically active.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily program meetings to review goals and updates.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum aligned with objectives.
• Model positive guidance and create a safe, nurturing environment.
• Monitor safety, document attendance and incidents per protocols.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
