Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Motivated to inspire a love of learning and healthy living.
• Willingness to support additional local programs.

Responsibilities

• Review daily goals and updates in program meetings.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities and curriculum.
• Lead a safe, nurturing environment with positive guidance.
• Monitor safety and document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and schools.
