Job summary

Right At School is a national after-school and before-school enrichment provider seeking caring educators to support students in the late afternoon schedule. The role focuses on organized activities, safe supervision, and delivering engaging curriculum to foster learning and growth.

Responsibilities include documenting attendance, communicating with families, and collaborating with staff while maintaining a positive, energetic classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or relationships building.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize program materials for lessons and activities and document attendance and incidents.
• Deliver the daily curriculum to engage children in academics and social growth.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to ensure safety and focus.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
• Meet regularly with the Program Manager for progress and accountability.
