Right At School is seeking an on-call Educator to support morning and after-school programs. You will organize lesson materials, drive a dynamic curriculum, model positive guidance, and engage with students, parents, and school staff.

The ideal candidate has customer service strengths, teamwork ability, and at least 1 year of experience with children. The role requires lifting 25 lbs and compliance with state training requirements.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience working with children under 13.
• 18+ years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• LIVE Scan fingerprint and mandated reporter training requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Organize materials for lessons and document attendance and incidents.
• Deliver daily curriculum to engage children academically and socially.
• Model positive guidance and classroom management to ensure safety.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
• Meet with the Program Manager to discuss professional progress.
