Job summary

Right At School is seeking an Educator to join our before- and after-school programs in Pennsylvania. You will help deliver engaging, supervised activities that blend learning with play for elementary-age students.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused, team players with at least one year of experience with children. You will follow safety protocols, support daily curriculum, and communicate with families and school staff to ensure a positive program experience.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR in person.
• 18+ years of age.
• CDA preferred.
• HS Diploma/GED + 30 college credits in early childhood ed, child dev, special ed, elementary ed, or human services.
• HS Diploma/GED with 600+ hours of secondary training.
• HS Diploma/GED + 15 credit hours in relevant field + 1 year experience.
• ArHS Diploma / GED + 2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Daily program meetings to review goals and progress.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with objectives.
• Lead by example with a safe, nurturing environment.
• Prioritize safety and joy; document attendance and incidents.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff, and school personnel.
