Right At School provides before- and after-school programs focused on enrichment and learning in partnership with local school districts. Educators craft activities and curricula that are engaging and safe for students across multiple locations in Missouri.

Schedule includes split shifts with hours in the morning and afternoon; pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, depending on education and experience. Benefits support health, family, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Review goals and updates in daily program meetings.
• Organize and facilitate daily activities aligned with curriculum.
• Lead by example with safe, nurturing guidance and classroom management.
• Monitor safety and document attendance, incidents and observations.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, staff and school personnel.
