Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation, especially in diverse communities.
• Clear communication with kids and parents.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Coordinator as second point of contact for parents and administrators.
• Oversee safety and well-being of students during after-school activities.
• Establish and enforce rules to promote positive behavior.
• Coordinate and lead indoor and outdoor enrichment activities.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings for best practices in childcare and program management.
