Job summary

University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation is seeking a part-time administrative support role in Madison to aid physician and provider well-being within the Clinician Collaboration Zone. The position is 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, with a minimum of two days per week and a 3-month temporary term.

Occasional overtime may be required. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, manage café inventory, receive deliveries, help with light cleaning,

Qualifications

• No minimum education required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1 year of experience in an administrative support role preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Maintain café inventory to meet customer demand.
• Receive, unpack, and store deliveries appropriately.
• Assist with light cleaning and maintain overall tidiness.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
