Job summary

UW Health in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Cafe Attendant for the Clinician Collaboration Zone, working 20 hours per week, 8:30 am–4 pm, Monday–Friday. This temporary 3-month assignment offers a balanced schedule and a friendly team.

You will provide excellent customer service, maintain cafe inventory, receive deliveries, assist with light cleaning, and lift up to 50 lb as needed. No formal education required; a high school diploma is preferred and prior admin support is a plus.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exudes exceptional customer-service in all interactions.
• Maintains food and beverage inventory in the Cafe to meet customer utilization.
• Receives, unpacks, and stores deliveries in appropriate areas.
• Assists with light cleaning and overall tidiness.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting/and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
