Qualifications

• 1+ years of accounts payable experience.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle, high-volume, AP processing - Code, batch, process, and disburse accounts payable invoices.
• Run daily check and ACH pay cycles efficiently.
• Reconcile statements and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Maintain effective vendor relations.
• Collaborate with internal and external staff to resolve payable issues, ensuring strong working relationships.
• Participate in internal and external audit requests.
