Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments via ACH, wire, and checks.
• Input and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Manage shared mailboxes and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with Treasury to batch payments and fix discrepancies.
• Handle check requests including stop payments and reissues.
• Investigate payment issues and stale-dated checks.
• Support month-end close and generate reports.
• Assist Risk team with document management.
• Contribute to audits with requested documentation.
