Bergen Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to support our Finance team. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic accounting environment and contributes to accurate and efficient AP operations.

You will manage full-cycle A/P, handle mail and invoices, and assist with audits while maintaining adherence to company policies. The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal partners.

Formación

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred.
• Prior experience in an A/P role preferred.
• Detail oriented with ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Execute full-cycle accounts payable.
• Handle daily department mail and distribute it.
• Organize, log, scan and file invoices, checks and documents.
• Provide audit support for internal and external reviews.
• Assist internal partners with customer services needs.
• Verify, log and send checks and handle special processing.
