Talent Connect in New York City is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable and Administrative Clerk to support finance, compliance and operations. The role focuses on processing invoices, handling vendor communications, and aiding with month-end tasks.

You will help digitize documents, maintain files, and assist with implementing paperless procedures while providing back-up front-office support as needed.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of general accounting or bookkeeping support.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• QuickBooks experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience scanning, indexing and organizing documents.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices and employee expense reports; enter AP data.
• Maintain vendor files, reconcile statements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support quarterly client billing cycles and record payments.
• Digitize, scan, index, and organize historical files.
• Assist with AP and document-management procedures.
• Provide backup front-office support and scheduling.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal team members.
• Maintain organized files and follow up on outstanding items.
