Job summary

Vida Shoes International seeks a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate to support the finance team. You will code and enter invoices, ensure approvals follow SOPs, and respond to vendor inquiries.

The role includes reviewing vendor statements and assisting with related duties. Strong Excel skills and Infor M3 (or similar ERP) experience are preferred in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable or AP-related roles.
• Familiar with Chart of Accounts and coding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Industry experience in the same or similar field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required.
