Job summary

Vida Shoes International in New York is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate to code and enter invoices, ensure they are approved according to SOP, and respond to internal and external queries by phone or email. This role supports the AP team in day-to-day processing and vendor communications.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of AP experience, familiarity with Chart of Accounts and coding, strong Excel skills, and experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Familiar with Chart of Accounts and coding.
• Experience with Infor M3 or similar ERP software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Job Title: Part-Time Accounts Payable Associate

Compensation: $25 an hour

Key Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Code and enter invoices
• Ensure invoices are approved according to standard operating procedures
• Respond to internal and external queries by phone / email
• Review vendor statements monthly for outstanding invoices
• Assist the accounts payable team with other duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:

• 3 years + years of relevant experience
• Familiar with Chart of Accounts, coding
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Infor M3 or comparable ERP software
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Experience in the same or similar industry preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, required
