Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC in Michigan is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Support to join a growing team. The role offers a flexible 2-3 day schedule, onsite in Jenison, MI, with hours 8:00 am-4:00 pm, Mondays and Fridays and potential another weekday.

You will handle AP/AR tasks, data entry, and support ERP migration projects. The ideal candidate has 5+ years accounting experience, familiarity with NetSuite or QuickBooks, and a keen eye for detail in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or strong QuickBooks experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices through Bill.com
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice entry and payment tracking
• Assist with reconciliations and accounting data cleanup related to an ERP migration
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and collections activities
• Provide day‑to‑day accounting support and assist with special projects as needed
