Job summary

CFS is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Accounting Support to join a growing team in Jenison, MI. This flexible role supports AP/AR, data entry, and reconciliations, with exposure to NetSuite, Bill.com, and ERP migration. Expect 2-3 days per week with daytime hours, 8:00 am-4:00 pm, onsite.

You will contribute to daily operations, maintain accuracy of financial data, and collaborate with a collegial team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting support experience.
• Experience with NetSuite or strong QuickBooks experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting AP, AR, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter Accounts Payable invoices through Bill.com
• Support Accounts Receivable functions, including invoice entry and payment tracking
• Assist with reconciliations and accounting data cleanup related to an ERP migration
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and collections activities
• Provide day-to-day accounting support and assist with special projects as needed
