Qualifications

• Experience with access-control systems and badge procedures.
• Proficient with using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, contractors, and employees by executing access-control procedures.
• Monitor access points at a high-volume logistics location; verify authorization, maintain records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns; communicate with site contacts and responders.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Document daily activities and observations in Allied Universal systems.
