Qualifications

• Two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18+ (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor records, and help control access to restricted areas per site requirements.
• Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments, document vehicle and driver information, and coordinate access with authorized site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations, notify appropriate personnel, and complete required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around access points, the business, and perimeter areas to identify unauthorized activity or conditions requiring attention.
