Qualifications

• Access control and badge handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and enforce site access-control procedures.
• Verify credentials, issue passes, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic and report suspicious activity.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeters.
