Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors while enforcing access control policies.

• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to alarms and incidents; communicate with site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, loading areas, parking, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
