Role requires a valid Guard Card (TOPS) for Texas, strong English communication, and a proactive, service-oriented approach. Expect shift-based hours with possible travel and site-based work across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Detail oriented with professionalism under pressure
• Ability to follow SOPs in English
• Proactive, flexible, and customer-focused
• Must pass background and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration and Badging: monitor access control compliance
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and headcount
• Parking management: issue passes and monitor access
• Visitor & Delivery management: document entries and deliveries
• Customer & Worker support: assist with access control and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc access control duties for customers
