Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Lancaster, TX on a part-time day shift. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure secure, efficient operations on customer construction sites.

You will work closely with leadership and across the organization, requiring uptime on-site and occasional travel. A valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and verify identities per site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, creating records for the client.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshoot issues.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support access control needs as required.
