Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support construction sites with worker registration, badging, and site security. You will work on-site, coordinating with leadership and the Sitemetric team to ensure a secure, efficient operation at customer sites.

The role requires HIP-OSHA 10/30 and a valid Guard Card (TOPS) for Texas, with travel across the US as needed. Flex hours and shift-based scheduling apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient English communication (spoken and written)
• OSHA 10/30 and Texas Guard Card (TOPS) required

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access and uphold site security requirements with the customer and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identities verified for headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, tech troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
