Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and carry out security procedures at a food and beverage production location.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site protocols and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including production areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and assist with records.
• Document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
