Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Flex in Crete, NE. You will provide reliable access-control, customer service, and incident response in a food and beverage manufacturing setting, with anchored shifts and opportunities to pick up extra hours.

This part-time role offers a fixed schedule with the option to earn more through the Earn More, Claim-A-Shift program, benefits, and training. A high school diploma and background check are required, with CPR preferred.

Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Comfort using computer or tablet preferred.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed).
• Background check required.
• Drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and access-control procedures at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Verify credentials, authorizations, deliveries, and entry requirements.
• Maintain access-related records and incident reports per site procedures.
• Respond to alarms and incidents with calm problem-solving and escalation when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
