Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, visitors and delivery personnel while following security procedures.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying identifications and credentials per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle records and report access concerns to leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, exterior areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
