Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check subject to laws and company policy.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors at a logistics location by carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points, verify credentials, maintain logs for visitors and contractors, and direct authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond calmly to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating through reporting channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, shipping/receiving, parking, and perimeter to identify unusual activity.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access records while upholding a professional environment.
