Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying identification and credentials as per site procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records and communicate concerns to leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, solution-focused manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, exterior areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
