Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time day shifts in New Carlisle, IN. You will manage worker registration and badging, handle parking and visitor logistics, and support on-site security across customer construction sites.

The role requires strong professionalism, excellent English communication, and the ability to work with customers and the Sitemetric team. Prior high-intensity customer service experience is preferred, with flexibility to adapt to site schedules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance across designated areas.
• Document visitors entering and leaving the site and receive all deliveries, creating written documentation for the customer.
• Provide support in access control including worker registration, badging, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities for one-time and ongoing needs.
