Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to establish relationships with internal and external customers
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize in dynamic environments
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable, flexible, proactive in taking on more responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and site security requirements
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for identity and headcount
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs
